After the NNL East show I went down here to North Carolina to visit with my good buddy Tom Valenta for three weeks, then went to the Mouse House in Orlando with the family for my grandson's 2nd birthday. I came back to NC for another couple of weeks and should be back home and back to my workbench by around the 10th of June at the latest. I'm itching to get back to building all the stuff I picked up at the NNL. I'll be continuing my 1958 "build mission" with the '58 Oldsmobile kit that I picked up from The Modelhaus. I painted it Tamiya pink...!!! I'll also be "straying" into 1956 cars with the '56 Plymouth and DeSoto promos that I also bought. I miss "my own" workbench.
