7000in5th
Here are the actual colors on the chassis of a 2014 Corvette.Note that the rocker panel wraps under the car, this has been true since at least the C5 (1997) Corvette. Anybody have any info on a 2014 Corvette 1:25 plastic kit?
7000in5th
As a matter of fact, Edmunds has 29 photos of 2014 Corvette chassis. Click HERE. If we ever get a kit to build, these will be a big help.....
gasman
I would be shocked if revell doesn't announce one in October
Cato
Any info on what appears to be two 'vents' in the bellhousing, between the exhausts?
dirtracer2448
Any info on what appears to be two 'vents' in the bellhousing, between the exhausts? Probably just that. Remember that is not a transmission but rather where the torque tube connects. The vents are probably there to allow air flow to cool down the components. Cato
I thought to cool the clutch discs(s?). Inside the tube is just a pair of u-joints. Having said that, I don't know why cool the clutch; it's not exactly a tractor puller...

Jeremy Jon
almost certainly a kit of the new C7 Corvette will come out IMO the chassis remains basically similar to the C5-C6 with the composite floor boards, and unitized steel / aluminum frame sections, plus hydro-formed side rails
