Erik Smith
That's cool. I don't think we will see that version in the US - something about Jager on "toys"...
Deathgoblin
I'm gonna have to get one of these. I don't care about the Jaegermeister paint scheme, but I'd love to get the detailed transporter like that.

GeeBee
On the Revell AG website it mentions this kit has "Authentic decals with various markings for two variants", so I'm wondering what the other decals will be

Shelby 427 1965
Will it be as horrid to build as their others?
1959scudetto
Should be out around Nov. 4 (?) - Pic from the Revell website : http://www.revell.de/?id=1037&L=1 "... with various decals for TWO variants...." - sounds interesting: Jägermeister and something else? We will see shortly. It is not a Hasegawa reissue, but based on their own Samba bus kit.
Custom Hearse
Looks to be a reissue of the old Revell California Roller multipiece body kit...
Eshaver
Actually, I'd like to have one of these . The problem is the cost of one of these here in the U S .
Rob Hall
Looks to be a reissue of the old Revell California Roller multipiece body kit... No, RoG...based on the recent tool Samba bus--as stated in the first post. I assume it will have a multipiece body like the bus, though. Isn't there already another thread on this kit? Eshaver
Rob, if that is the case, I may be able to have one after all ...................
ChrisR
The second scheme is a Bosch version. (Yellow with red).
Mark
The parts breakdown of the newer RoG kit and the old Revell kit are quite similar (especially the multiple piece body). But the new kit has door hinges that are more in scale (and won't rub the paint off the first time you swing a door open). The parts are cleaner than they would be had Revell refurbished the old kit (which first appeared in 1958). In spite of having a pile of the old Revell kits, all of the body style variations of the Hasegawa kits, and various diecasts, this is still a must-have. Hopefully, they will get to some pickup variations (single and double cab), and maybe even a "fire" version (and include the portable water pump that is powered by a VW engine!)...
