Ira
JEDI TIE WING RACER! I decided to make a Streamlined Space Ship using the Main Body from the X-Wing Fighter and the Wings from the Tie Interceptor. I also got some of the Engine Parts from the B-Wing Fighter. These are Snap Kits but I remove the ends of the Snap-Posts so they don't snap anymore. Now they are Glue It Together Kits. More Coming... Ira
TIE WINGS! I started with the Tie Wings. First I had to cut this section off both wings. I cut the sections off and then I started to sand the High Spots off flat so I could glue the Wings together. I sanded off enough raised detail so that the Wings fit together nice and tight. Here are the Wings glued together. More Coming...

Ira
HERE WE GO! This will be a pretty quick build. I measured the Wings up against the Body and marked the Sections to be removed, to clear the Wings. Here are the Sections cut out. Here is a mock-up to give you an idea of what the Jedi Hybrid Ship will look like. Side View. More Coming...

Ira
FOUR BIG ONES! I am combining the X-Wing, B-Wing and Tie Wing Engine Technologies for Super High Speeds. The Hyperspace option is also included in this Experimental Racer! The Four Thrusters are from the Star Wars B-Wing Fighter. I am going to mount them on the rear panel of the X-Wing Body. I cut out these areas in the underside for intakes. Fine Brass Screen will probably fill these openings. More Coming... Edward Gore
Awesome build again. I thought you were going to put screens in the four round thrusters. Then I thought, (I wonder where you can get small round screens to put in those?) uh, never mind…
Ira
JEDI NOSE JOB! I decided to Sand down the Ridges on the Nose to give it a Smoother, Sleeker Look. Here it is after a lot of Sanding... I filled the holes with pieces of plastic and glued them in with Zap-A-Gap. Then I used Squadron Putty to fill the gaps. More Coming... Ira
COOL CANARDS! Dolores suggested adding wings up front. These are what I came up with. They were from a Big Jet Kit. I used Zap-a-Gap to glue the Canards on the inner groove of the bottom Body Half. Then I cut slots in the top Body Half to fit around the Canards. Here they are in place. More Coming...
