Evil72gto Posted January 8, 2014 Share Posted January 8, 2014 (edited) This is a revell 69 Camaro with the hood from the 69 SS snap kit & parts from the 69 Nova. The 3 different sets of wheels are held on with magnets. The magnets are attached to the front & rear ends with CA. & behind each wheel there is a washer to hold them in place. I painted this kit with Tamiya TS14 black rite out of the can! Then I polished it with Meguiars # 7 show car glaze. The trim is all BMF. The photo etch is all model car garage. Evil72gto Posted January 8, 2014 Author Share Posted January 8, 2014 The hood hinges are from the AMT 66 nova kit. With the kit spring removed & replaced with N scale train coupler springs. You can get them from a well stocked hobby shop that deals in N scale trains. You can get the springs in a coupler spare parts pack. The part # for the kit is 1029 & it's from Micro Trians. It has other pieces in the package like small screws & at least a dozen springs in the package & some other stuff you could use for other things.
