Once you get licensed next you're gonna have to be insured to build....

I don't think that license is valid unless the National Rivet Counters Association signs off on it... ^_^

Well, just let me know when the licensing requirement starts. I already know a couple of modelers I'd like to nominate for suspended licenses. :P

Would this be valid in Canada to, and what about the UK they drive on the other side of the road. This just looks like more trouble then it is worth. I just dunno.

I think you need a Modeling CDL to qualify as a 'Pro Builder.'

Uh-oh. Looks like the one I've been using is a forgery! I paid good money for that, and now I find out it's not worth the plastic it's molded in.

Would this be akin to a marriage license in that it would expire in 90 days? :P Or how about a graduated system where you gain more building privileges as you gain experience?Start off with snap kits, move up from there with demonstrated proficiency acknowledged by a board of master modelers. Can you just imagine Juha Airio or Steve Perry having to deal with a snap kit without making it into something else?

Yeah, kinda...It was a spin off the Society of Automotive Engineers, but I did realize the reference to the other mag... I woulda thrown in a LIARS reference if I could have figured something out :). Would this license have a haz-mat endorsement for all those chemicals?
