Many pople don't know that it was originally a Mike Nesmith song. iamsuperdan Posted June 7, 2022 Share Posted June 7, 2022 So now that Stranger Things has given Kate Bush a massive shot in the arm, I'm reminded of this most excellent cover of Running Up That Hill that Placebo did back in 2003 on their Covers album. Kate's original is a classic, and that entire Hounds of Love album has been a fav of mine for many years. My old band actually used to cover Cloudbusting.
