Rob Hall
Had a nice sunny day yesterday, went for a drive and saw more covered bridges and visited a couple of my favorite beaches up in Ashtabula County (far NE Ohio). Saw this nice rumbly Challenger at one of the bridges...
sfhess
A few days ago I saw a BMW 2000 CS like this one.

We always go there when visiting Bodega Bay. The crowds can be intense and parking non-existent, that's for sure. Check out Freestone Artisan Cheese the next time you are through there, if you are into that sort of thing.

NOBLNG
Went for a cruise in the Miata today for possibly the last top down ride. Stopped for a burger in a nearby town and all these folks pulled in.
Brian Austin
Today I toured around the middle of my state and saw several old cars either on the road or parked. I saw a clean Chevette parked. I briefly considered turning around for a picture but kept going. Elsewhere I saw a tiny Japanese pickup (Kei car), with a procession of cars backed up behind it, drivers presumably grumbling about it being allowed on a busy road. Rob Hall
That reminds me, went past a salvage yard near Geneva, Ohio yesterday that has some oldies out front incl some 70s Lincolns, and there was clean gold Chevette (‘79 I think). My father and I used to browse a government car auction in NJ. They had everything from stripper fleet cars to used police cars and confiscated cars. One time there was a BMW like this there. We didn’t bid, figured it probably was a drug confiscation and didn’t want to run into the previous owner driving it!
keyser
Saw 67 and 68 Camaro hts, stock, hubcaps, original colors. Two completely different parts of town. Not red, just that fawn color and light green metallic. Forget names. Drivers being driven. Hadn’t seen stock camaro in years.

Plus our friend that hosts us in Bodega Bay every year has the hots for The Cheese Dude. I wasn't there this year for The Cheese Purchase because they went to Freestone and I went the other way to the grocery store. I think that $50 in cheese came back The savory scones from Wild Flour are amazing. I am not so much into sweet scones, but they should be allowed to exist. I don't have any photos, but I have an amazing savory scone recipe from a friend. I took some to Bodega Bay one year and our host proclaimed them as good as Wild Flour's. http://sistersandspice.com/?s=scone

I highly recommend buying a block or two of their aged white cheddar cheese in the gift shop afterwards. They have it in different years, 2014 and older. Best cheese I’ve ever had. Got to visit the Tillamook cheese factory many years ago and I have to agree. While the quality may not be exactly the same we are now able to buy their prepackaged cheeses locally at the Super Target stores.
RSchnell
Ferrari 488 on my drive home today... And at the other end of the spectrum- the world's most overloaded Corolla! It could barely pull away from the stoplight.

Smoke Wagon
There’s a used car dealership in a town close to mine that has a Smart Fortwo painted in red and yellow to look like a Fisher Price Cozy Coupe.
ChrisBcritter
Something very different. Went to an estate auction preview in Barstow, CA and checked out this very very rare Jeep FC van: Built for the Marine Corps around '64-'65, it originally had a three-cylinder diesel engine - replaced by a Jeep (or Buick?) V6. The Military Jeep FC Registry lists only three others existing. Word got out about it - bids are up to $12,000 at the moment . Rest of the auction - with a lot more Jeeps - here: https://bid.bidfastandlast.com/ui/auctions/69703 UPDATE: $old for 19,250. Hotrod 97
This was actually last weekend, but I figured I'd still post it. There is a no-prep drag strip down in Berkeley Springs, WV that we go to often. Well, we were there last Saturday, and saw this cool thing. An old Ford Fairlane with a Paxton-supercharged 427 under the hood. (Not my photos, credit to Kregg Reynolds Photography) Edited November 14, 2021 by Hotrod 97 Fixed a few grammatical errors...
