Hey that's a great looking model. Gotta give you some props for getting the decals to lay down over the louvers. That would have driven me to drink.

The lack of anything supporting alternators, pumps, compressors etc, is Harry's pet peeve. He's a good guy.

The biggest improvement you could make here, is cleaning up the parts before you assemble. See the tab at the top of the grill insert? Or at the bottom of the steering wheel? Trimming those up and sanding the spot with a sanding stick will dramatically effect how well things fit.

Keep on posting. Looking forward to seeing more.

Nice little "Hi-Boy" Eric. Love the wide-whites! "Jantrix" has a good point. One of the easiest, and cheapest methods I know is using emory boards. Nail care aisle in the grocery store...a buck and you get like eight of them. You can cut them up and use them for hard to get to spots. They're great! Anyway...you're right....you can't go wrong with a black '32!

I was still in the process of putting the engine together when I took the pic. However, the fan belt is hooked up right (I think the part you're referring to is hooked up to a starter?) and the alternator is on right too, it's attatched to the belt. I guess the pic is too dark to see? The only thing not hooked up was the raiator hose, but I fixed that. I was in a rush to get the pics before work.

I do need an emory board, and I used to use them a lot; I just keep forgetting to pic them up. I've been having a stressful tme lately and it's hard enough to remember what I need from the store as it is.

Instead of an emery board, I'd recommend nail care sanding sticks available at your local beauty supply store like Sally's.
