That bicycle would Love to be brought back, maybe as a lowrider! (not your style, probably, but if it was mine..........)  :D

I am going to try to bring it back. It will probably be a rat rod bike because there isn’t much left of it.

So I ended up preselling the 2019 Ram 1500 Limited I had coming. Existing client was just too persistant, and gave me an offer I couldn't refuse!

So here are my new wheels.

2018 Chev Tahoe LT Z71 Midnight,

Black on black, full load inc rear dvd for the kiddies. Added the clear stoneguard on the front end, ceramic paint protection, and some tint on the front windows.

Comes from factory with alittle extra clearance, revised front bumper for better approach angles, and Goodyear Duratrac tires. Should work out great for the summer vacation, which will involve some unserviced roads and lot of outdoors.

Just one of the local thrift stores has a Hot Wheels/Matchbox dump bin.  Usually they pull out the choice pieces and overprice them or throw a bunch of them in a bag so the one you have to spend several dollars for that one you want.  And very rarely, one get under the radar.......(complete and restorable for $0.25)

I coughed up $350 for a good auto-darkening welding helmet distributed by Lincoln, with a 3-year warranty...after having the cheap piece of Harbor Freight "Chicago Electric" excrement I'd got to use for ONE fab job failed in the middle of running a bead, badly "flashing" my eyes.

I've been using the old-school hoods for decades, and they work just fine...as they have for decades for everyone else...and was holding off buying an expensive auto-darkening unit until the prices came down and the tech matured.

WARNING TO ANYONE WHO VALUES YOUR EYES: DO NOT BUY A CHEAP HELMET.

A good friend just gave me this, a Dell R610 rack server. This thing is just too cool; two 750W power supplies, two quad core processors, twelve RAM cards, six cooling fans, but only one of the six possible SSD's. Still, some pretty impressive computing power here.

Today I went KMS tools for the first time (it is awesome) and bought a few things. I got a new welder feed thing because mine had a some wire stuck in it, a new ground clamp for my welder, knee pads for when I’m welding, cool stickers and a footprint gas’s pedal that I got for free from a friend. 9F20CE23-B6F8-4207-ACA8-BEBE540816C4.thumb.jpeg.25c4d50c618276f9dfcdc5067496f5ca.jpeg

I also got a light for my shed.

Went to my grandpas today and he gave me some old lights that I’m going to put on my lawnmower (It will have working brake and signal lights). I also found an old tractor seat that I’m going to use.

I am going to rig them up so I can use LED’s.

You are really into mowers ! Seems like you are having fun with them. Enjoy !

Yeah I sure do. It might seem a little weird modifying mowers (I did when I first heard of it) but when you have driven at 50km/h on one it is hard not to like it.

I made the mistake of stopping in the local gun shop today. We all started talking guns and one of the guys mentioned the Taurus Spectrum. I wasn't at all familiar with that gun so they pulled one out of the case for me to check out. A couple of the guys there said they had bought one and both guys were really pleased with the gun. To make a long story short, I plunked the money down and bought one. They are available in a rainbow of colors, but mine is exactly what you see in the photo. I didn't think I wanted to carry a pink or purple one.

I'll pick the gun up Saturday. They only had LRN ammo in stock, but are supposed to get a shipment of ammo in tomorrow. They'll have 4 or 5 different home defense, fragmenting types of ammo when I go in Saturday. I might decide to go with the RIP fragmenting round. I went ahead and bought a new, soft touch, concealed carry holster for this new gun. When the gun is in the holster it is extremely comfortable in the 3 o'clock position inside my waistband. It's a fairly slim gun and the holster is minimalistic so there is nearly no bulge at all.
