1963 Lotus 29

This was an old AMT kit (actually a glue bomb) that I bought on e-bay. It took a ton of work to get it all apart and cleaned up ready to rebuild, but all in all it turned out pretty well. It makes a nice companion to Gurney's car which I did earlier this year. Thanks for looking.

Wow, I was just admiring a few of those cars in a catalog I was looking at. You did a really fine job! They look great together.

I can count the number of times I've seen those in the box one one hand, and the number of times I've seen them built up on one finger! Nice work on both! The race car technology has come a long way since then, but these represent my favorite era for sure!

Nice save there! The two look great together. Sure wish open wheel racing today had a bit of the character these had.
