HERES THE REST STARTED ON THE CHASSIS NOW WITH THE PAINT! ALSO THINKING BOUT USING THE WHEELS FROM THE CHEVELLE WAGON AND DOING A MILD STREET MACHINE. Of course I can't be to hard on Tom considering I use to cruise around in '64 GTO that was powered by a big block 427 Chevy and yes, the motor was painted orange. Smart-Resins Posted May 19, 2008 Share Posted May 19, 2008 Hello. I am also working on that same model for a quick and fun build. I am using the Testors one coat Fiery Orange laquar on it. My motor will also be orange, the same as the body as will the chassis. The interior will be classic white and will wear the chromies and white walls. Heres a quick shot of mine. Thanks.
