unclescott58
20 below zero wind chill tonight! Actual/non wind chill will also be below zero tonight. Spring? That should get here sometime in June or July. Scott In the cold state of Minnesnowta.

oldnslow
Just posted that because I was outside earlier on the lawn mower picking up leaves,I hate raking, so far I've had to do that every couple of weeks since September. The grass is turning a bright green and starting to grow again.
Erik Smith
In Spokane, we've had just the opposite. Record stretch for days over 50. Snow pack is abysmal. Hasn't been below freezing for a couple weeks. Very unusual for us this time of year. Not complaining one bit.
Mike_G
It's 51 and sunny here right now- we've already got jonquils popping up in the yard!

oldnslow
Man, I'd go crazier than I am now if I had to stay inside more than a couple of days!
unclescott58
Hey you guys from the warmer climates, quit rubbing our nose in it, by telling us Northerners how nice you have it in Florida, Arizona, or where ever. We're going though another cold snap with no end in sight. We're suffering enough in our lands of cold and ice. Scott
oldnslow
That's OK, just wait until July and it"s 105 with 97% humidity down here to let us know how nice it is up there. Edited February 13, 2015 by oldnslow
Ace-Garageguy
It WAS in the air for a couple days, but tonight's low is going to be back in the teens...and for several days running...which means I'll have a hard time keeping it much above 45 inside. Okay, I guess that's fair. Only will be 104 degrees here with 96% humidity. Feast or famine here on the Northern Plains. Scott
Mike_G
It was real foggy this morning, but it's burning off nicely. Thinking about getting my motorcycle out today.
DaveM
It's going down to 17 degrees below zero tonight... That's the actual temperature, wind chill should be around forty below. If I opened a window up to vent the paint booth tonight, I would never survive it. I guess I'll do a lot of shaping, snipping and scratchbuilding for the next couple of weeks. I'll try painting in March or sometime after.
