Custom Hearse Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 Since all I have left to do is add the blower belt, I'm calling this one (unofficially) finished... I'm really wanting to get started on my next project!
RodneyBad Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 I'm really wanting to get started on my next project! LOL.. Truck looks great. Motor looks great too. Maybe the guy just threw a belt hauling tail to a Police call.

Harry P. Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 You need to add some graphics on the doors... Like "Joe's Speedy Towing" or something...
Custom Hearse Posted November 20, 2009 Author Posted November 20, 2009 You need to add some graphics on the doors... Like "Joe's Speedy Towing" or something... Yeah... I thought about doing some dry transfer lettering on it... Not sure what to put on there though. Thanks Harry. i made the blower belt for a Pro Modified i did from narrow ribbon i found in Micheals craft store. you should be able to find some the same width as the pulley in black and it has a nice finished look to it. glue it at the bottom of the crank pulley. very cool tow truck! i like that the scoop sits just right out of the hood. cool to see this old snap kit built as well Dave I'll have to look and see if I can find some for it, 'cause that sounds like the perfect solution! Thanks Dave! And thanks for the compliment!
vizio93 Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 That tow truck oughta be able to pull you out of a fix, with that engine
Custom Hearse Posted November 21, 2009 Author Posted November 21, 2009 I was thinking maybe towing a tank if one ever gets stuck... Thanks Billy!
