Mercman
Okay here's the process. First up this is what you need . 1/8th, 3/16th, 5/32nd tubing. File Mitre Box, and saw, or tubing cutter File Super glue X-Acto knife. Ruler Measure and cut the 3/16th, and the 5/32nd one inch each. Take the X-acto, and clean out the ends. Put a drop of superglue into the 5/32nd, and insert the 3/16th into this, making sure the ends are flush. Cut the 1/8th tubing to 1-1/2 inches, mark 1/8th inch from one end, add a drop of glue into the previous step, and insert 1/8th tubing with 1/8 inch out of each end. These will be your inlet, and outlet connectors. This is tthe finished product mouted on 3/32nd tubing for my exhaust header. Now you can paint them, rust them, or detail however you wish. Total time to make about 5 min's.
