i have used tamiya fine surface primer item no. 87064 under automotive acrylics and not had any prblems. although i did use 3 good coats of the primer.

Charlie, Thank you for your link. I'll be sure to look there next time. For now though I have 4 sets here and need to use them up. Yours look much easier.

thanks foxer, ive worked most of it out now, one thing im still stuck on though is the quick release. the quick release buckle has various layers of washer like parts, i cant work out any mechancal way it will fix together so im guessing i need to glue it, but i dont want to start glueing things without knowing that its right. its all very confusing without good instructions. thanks in advance.

hello everyone, im new to the forum, this is my first thread. im just starting to get into detailing my 1/24 models more, so i bought some PE seat belt kits to try. they both came with very average instructions. is there anyone out there who could either give me some tips or give me a link to a good tutorial. ive found lots about making belts from scratch but not how to put the pe kits together. just trying to get my head around i have probably made the mistake of getting very detailed 6 point harness kits to start with ! any advice would be greatly apreciated.
