Nice one Dave, I'm just getting back into cars too, I've got 5 part builds on the go. I'll definately give that site a look though, all my builds are custom or muscle cars!
-
Oh yes, looking great, cant wait to see this one finished, what kit is it from?
-
Prices dont seem too bad either Dave, I'll be putting an order in next pay day, got to get some Alclad Chrome too though, only problem with resin wheels!
-
Oh my, a '66 Chevelle station wagon...and I have some fat pro street rims to pack in that back end
-
Wayne those mods are not only ingenious but they are looking great so far, looking forward to seeing the finished product!
-
Yep that looks like the same stuff Geoff.

Hi Dave, yes I remember seeing that site ages ago, thanks for reminding me, also I've found a site called www.widgetcentral.co.uk , some nice bits and pieces in resin.
-
Thanks Jim, good to hear. As for a quick builder....eh not exactly....I would guess between armour, aircraft, boat and cars....about 40 projects awaiting completion
-
MCG, thanks Andrew I'll check them out.

Yes I like his resin conversions too. Looks like it will have to be the states then, unless I can find a shop in the EU. Scaledreams.com in america stock just about everything. Got some good bits last year on e bay but not seen anything on ther for ages!

Thanks Geoff, I guessed there probably was'nt, all I've found so far is a few sets of Pegasus wheels at Modelcars.org!
-
Wow thats a beautiful build, I have one of these on my workbench and this has spurred me on!
-
Is this the final colour scheme?, I hope so it looks great.
-
I wondered if any of the British custom builders on here know of any stockists of aftermarket items eg. Pegasus wheels, Detail Master, Model Car Garage etc.. here in the UK?
-
Cant wait to see it painted, looks fantastic so far.
-

Wow looking great, and yes shorter looks best, can't wait to see it painted.

Loving this one, I'm an Alfa 156 driver and I've been working on the real thing lately, my mate restores Giulia's for a living, he's doing one a month at present, quicker than I can build a model...lol!
