The whole car was printed with the Maker Bot. The surface has to be cleaned and finished. Next step is to filler and prepare for the paint. It is a new interesting project, my first full size scratch built project.

Two weeks ago we visited our friend in Munich/Tegernsee. He has got an fantastic E-Type in best condition. We could make a trip through the mountains with his Baby. It was amazing and lots of fun. A summer day, an ice cream and a Bavarian beer in the evening. Here's the car. It was his wish to have his car as a model. The object was to have a piece that is identical to the original car.
