Don, i used this AMT kit for this one, comes with the Thrift Master inline six.
I changed one thing on the engine: i installed an oilfillercap to the valvecover instead of the oilfiller tube on the side of the engine.

Thank you for your kind comments and likes fellas !!

Not the everyday go-to brand seen at most racetracks back in the day, but my favorite driver growing up - Norm Lelliott at Toronto's old Pinecrest Speedway - used M&H tires to carry him to a track championship in 1970. Although this photo is from the year before, you can see the Racemaster branding on the tires.
Very cool pic and interesting facts, thank you !

Very nice Dodge !!
I have two on my to-do-list as well.
Would be happy, if my detailwork looks as good as yours👍

These giant wheels 🙂

I used the AMT kit, added some spoilers, plus wheels and decals from the partsbox.

Jeff,
i really love your tractor and i´m looking forward for the finished thing 🙂
I made the fueltank for my Carsini wineries truck from PVC tube.
Diameter is 16 millimeters or 0,629921 inches.
I got it at a homeimprovement store, its a protective tube for power cables.
Cutted it in length i needed and glued plastic sheet on both sides.
Added a filler tube and retaining straps from styrene.
Some sanding and painting - ready.

Yes indeed, i thought a car with Porsche engine needs Porsche wheels 😉

I wanted to do this one for a long time, a fictional Carsini winery truck from the ´Columbo´ crime series.
The Chevy cab and engine are from the amt kit and these great looking wheels are from scenes unlimited. I stole the chassis from the Revell Opel Blitz kit.
Everything else is from the partsbox or scratchbuilt from Evergreen styrene and real wood.

I ALWAYS THOUGHT THE TIRE WERE TO BIG ON THE AMT MODIFIED STOCKERS! So I did my own rendition of the 1966 Buick Stocker!

Charles,
Your model looks cool, especially the modified Nascar chassis.
The Bobby Hillin decals are a good choice.👍
Looking forward for the finished one.
I did this model from the very same amt kit:
I used the kit chassis with some modifications.
Here is the whole thread:

I consider the wheels to big as well, but look at the supercool photo of the modified posted by Johnny Canuck.
It carries the big (kit) wheels actually😉
