  7. hello all and thanks beforehand, other than buying the spark plug wires and pre wired set, what do u use? i have tried lots of things but just curious , sorry if this has been asked before. thanks
  8. i agree i always use a real spot filler on my models just like i use on my real cars i have never had a problem with it eating the plastic( although reading the magazine i see that this can be a problem) or shrinkage if u use it right, layerd coats on big gaps. i use it to build all my hood scoops, filing in door handels, just my 2 cents, i am not into all the modeling stuff out there so i just try to use what i have.
  9. what size strainer and where do i get it? sorry for a dumb question, but i have never used flocking but really want to. thanks for all the help.
  10. i thought i was the only one to have problems with yellow, no matter how i did it, it never looked good. when u guys say"pulled away" do u mean it did not cover the lines and cracks etc. or what? i will have to try your tricks thanks jeryd
  11. hello all new here, and to the computer i was wondering where is a site to look for used models , new models parts etc, i looked on emodels but not what i am looking for. i also tried ebay but got nothing found in my searches. any help? thanks jeryd
  12. i put my name in there sorry! the model uses the basic chassis from the 55 pro mod chevy model(some minor things to get to fit the cuda body in the roll cage), with some shortening, wheels & tires from the 57 pro mod, and a piced together motor from lots of kits ., the hood scoop is from my parts box with a little added to make it fit right. when i get a good camera, or can get better light i will show the motor etc. thanks for the kind words and for looking, jeryd
  13. hello all this is my cuda (1 of many models!) hope u like it any comments welcome, it has fully wired engine and chassis when i get a better camera than my cell phone i will take more pics of other cars and engines. thanks jeryd
