Hi Bruno, believe it, I have owned this car for the past 4 years. I don't know if he restored it or it was restored after he sold it. I have the binder with all the cars information Bill Of Sale from Quebec in French, pics from car shows, Mopar Nationals winner in Carlisle in it's class etc. I have pictures apparently of the owners, I don't know if it's your brother or the people that he sold it too. Would like to talk to your brother about it. I hope you still have the model, would like to buy it from you because of the sentimental value and care put into it.
