Looking for some tips/advise on how to make a hardtop look like a convertible top without just painting it a different color. I like the look of some convertibles with the top up but would like it to look nice/ like a real top. Any help would be great. Thank you.

I thin 2:1. The only other paint I've used is testors and the results came out worse than tamiya. Maybe Vallejo would be something to try.

Looking for better results for airbrush painting. I use tamiya acrylics and result very from eggshell to pitting to ever looking dusty. I try to do light coats but I think I might rush it a bit. I run my comp. around 35 psi. Any tips would be helpful. Thanks.

Looking for some help on getting good results painting. I use tamiya acrylics thinned 2:1 over tamiya fine primer. The end results are ever good. I have a iwata bro airbrush with a .35 needle set around 35psi. The paint never looks right. Sometimes it's eggshell some times it pits other times it just looks horrible. Any tips on making it look better would help. Thanks.
