  1. It looks great Bill, where did the windows come from?
  2. I'm so clumsy I shouldn't have super glue in the same room with clear parts!
  3. I use Testors clear parts cement and window maker.
  4. I'd have been happy about it if I hadn't already spent over $40 on liner for one. Stopped in for some paint today, and they were all gone.
  5. I still can't figure out how they get to Idaho the first week they're out?
  6. I did the same thing. Paid $41 shipped, could have saved over $20. Why does it take 2 years for Hobby Lobby to get other new kits, and this one's on the shelves the first week it's out!
  7. Looks great. Did you scratch build the dual exhaust? I'm getting ready to build the Aerosedan, and it only has the single exhaust.
  8. My mistake, I accidentally posted it in the kit review thread, when I meant to post it here. I said it was a nice model, but the front end looked too high. It's really good to know that you're keeping such a close eye on me, in case I make another mistake.
  9. The HL here has had the Mustang for a long time, and the 40 Sedan for a lot longer.
  10. It's the Revell Porcshe diesel farm tractor series kit.
  11. I said that I thought it was a nice build in a different post, I didn't know that it was required every time I comment. Thanks for calling this to my attention. Oh yeah, nice model Rick!
  12. Does the front end look a little too high on this build? I really like the color though, nice build.
  13. Yeah, I don't care about the TV car(never saw the show), I just like the look of a bench seat and 4 speed. I'll find a shifter.
  14. Yeah Lee, those are the hubcaps I'm going with too, on black wheels and whitewalls. Not sure about color yet, but I'm thinking gold with black interior(and 4 speed).
  15. Yeah, I guess it has to be a TV car to get stocked there anymore. Oh, they also had some kind of farm tractor that I hadn't seen before(not interested).
  16. So a 4 speed really WAS an option on a 4 door Impala. I was wondering about that. I might just add a floor shifter to mine. Sounds easier than changing the trans.
  17. I stopped in HL today, and I couldn't believe it. The new Supernatural Impala already on the shelf! So I just paid $41 for a kit I could have gotten for less than $20! That really sucks, I thought it would be months before they got them.
  18. I think I'll use a set from the 69 Nova. I'm not sure if they are correct for a 67 Impala, but they're close enough for me. I'd rather have the full wheel covers, if anyone decides to make those.
  19. I'm just getting ready to start one of these. It will be my 1st Galaxie Ltd kit. I just finished my 1st Trumpeter kit, and it was a great kit, very detailed, but just fell together. I'm doing the Aerosedan in dark cherry pearl, and hoping to get the front end a lot lower. I kind of wish the body was one piece, but I'll see how it goes together. If I like the way it ends up, I'll probably get one of the coupes or sedan deliveries. Wish me luck.
  20. Yep, I just ordered one from Modelroundup today.
  21. Thanks James, all I've got is Hobby Lobby here, and it could be years before they get them(if ever). I guess I'll just pre-order one, and hope it shows up soon.
  22. What video was that Roger? I'd kill for a 75 Camaro, so I could build the one I owned back in 75.
  23. Maybe I was looking in the wrong place, do you have a link to the right one?
  24. I looked on Cultman site, and it didn't say anything about it being in stock(did I have the right site?). Model Roundup, and Megahobby both say it will be available in the next few days, but Tower Hobbies says early Oct. and Spotlight doesn't have it listed at all. What's the deal anyway?
