  1. And finally, I want to show one of his last works: gas vehicles based on GAZ-AA (the Soviet version of the Ford-AA). More talk about this nainteresneyshey model later, but now a few pictures assembly model. The model was developed from scratch. Once this has been established to create a silicone mold resin copies. After casting several sets I put together one of the models. The result - in the photo. :)IMAG3492.thumb.jpg.1cabf72c7502fc89da61eIMAG3492.thumb.jpg.1cabf72c7502fc89da61e

  2. And now I want to talk a little bit about his collection.
I started collecting model in 2008. First, I bought the model was Ford F100 from SunnySide (little-known brand of Chinese origin). Then I started to collect models of different brands and sizes.

I immediately realized that all models of cars that I like pocket money I just do not have enough (at the time I was in high school and not working). Then I decided to select a few brands of cars for collectors. They are: Ford, Chevrolet, Mercedes and Toyota.

I have successfully collected art collection to a few years before in my town there was no magazine series "Avtolegendy the USSR." In every issue of this magazine was attached to the magazine series modelka cars produced in my country in the past (during the Soviet era). Many of these cars were very familiar to me and I started to collect them together with foreign cars.

I learned from this series a lot of interesting things about domestic cars and many more like them. Gradually I changed the direction of the collection for the model domestic cars. Most interesting to me was to collect models of Soviet and Russian cargo vehicles, buses, special wheeled vehicles based on them, as well as production of cars, "the Moscow Automobile Plant small cars" - MZMA (Moskvich). Over time, in my collection were only models of these areas, and the scale was the only 1:43.

But many interesting cars to me none of the manufacturers are not embodied in the model. I had to start doing it yourself. And then it is so fascinated me that I gradually began to refine their old models and create new ones from scratch. But this is a topic for another story :)

    P.S. I enclose a few photos:

In the first photo - I bought the first model.
In the second photo - the now existing collection of model cars (its status in 2009). From there it is only a few models, the rest were redeemed or converted.

  3. Hello friends! My name is Ilya Yeremin (nickname - ILYER).
I live in Russia. My hobby - collecting and creating
    scale models.

From childhood I was fond of scale models of cars. First I bought a collectible model. Now I make them their own hands and, occasionally buy for rework.

Having come to this forum found a lot of fun and interesting - always wondered how and what supplement their collection of foreign modelers. I learned a lot and I think I still have a lot of surprises here! It is also interesting to me to share their experiences and talk about the life of collectors and modellers from my country (we have a hobby is a very common and well developed). I hope you would be interested! :)
    Regards, Ilya!

P.S. I do not speak English perfectly, so I apologize in advance for not understood the translation if this is the place to be. Ask questions if something is not clear :)
