  1. I didn't even realize that the steering wheel had a split in it until now. I don't recall that happening when I was putting it into place.
  2. Hello, i've been attempting to build model cars for quite some time, but they usually don't turn out very well, due to poor fitting parts and bad instructions. and I hate to admit it, my own errors, such as accidentally getting cement all over the clear parts, and not waiting until everything is fully dried. This model, however, I think is coming out well so far. What do you guys think?
  3. Ah, I must have misunderstood then. The body isn't painted after its been attached. That's a cool stand, I need to find something like that. I usually just set the body down on some paint jars while it's drying.
  4. That's good to know. Sadly, I already painted the body on the car I'm working on. I'll keep this in mind for my next model, however. I do have one question, though. If you dont paint the body until everything is assembled, how do you paint the interior part of the body, like the roof? Also, how do you avoid getting paint on the windows?
  5. I noticed that instruction booklets tend to have awful angles sometimes, which makes it hard to work out where a part needs to go. In addition to this, sometimes the instructions say to put parts where they seemingly cant attach to. How do you guys deal with this? I'm relatively new to modeling, so it's hard to work that out on my own at times. Thank you in advance
