Yup, 60" is the right one.
The truck looks right. If you didn't know better you'd never know they used diffrent trucks. 2 were used for the main shots. One was a glider kit that they used for close ups in the cab. One was used to go off the bridge.
I have this 3D trailer I made for a truck game, if we could just find someone to master it we'd be in good shape.
I could provide the plans for it, but think it might be beyond my scratch buildin skills,LOL.

Dave at AITM has a R700 kit, but it's out of stock, been that way for a while.
I'd like to find just the hood myself. I've got a donor for the rest of it.

There were 4 diffrent trucks used during filming, most had cummins in them. I think there was one that had a mack engine. Hollywood liked the way the detroit sounded and replaced the sound.
you can find all kinds of info at this site.

The RD truck was a RS700L. The hood is longer than the R600 that's in the AMT kit. The only way to make a true RD truck is to go with resin, and don't know of anyone making one right now.
Would have to scratch the sleeper to. It's a 60" able body stand up sleeper. You can get the demensions for it here.
