If I might be the devils advocate here, why did you need so much glue? Why not tape them in place from the top, and then a small dot of CA on a toothpick at the joint from underneath?
I would not be adverse to trying this, but I figured since I'm taling about less than two inches in length, RC might not have anything that small.
I would need 8, all identical.
I'm building a futuristic heavy-duty all terrain vehicle and I'm going to be needing some serious coil-over shocks. I'd really like to use a real spring because I want the spacing to be perfectly uniform as the suspension will be very visible and a highly detailed. It's going to need to bigger than your average pen spring in diameter and gauge. So any help would be appreciated.
Here is the location the springs will be placed on either side of the a-arms from the lower arm to the shock tower. For more on the project, see the Zombie/Post Apoc thread. Thanks much.
The "tool" that made the most impact in my modeling, is the sanding sticks that you can find in the nail care area of your local beauty supply store. They come in a variety of grits and sizes and you can cut them into smaller pieces of you need with a decent pair of scissors. It changed parts clean up from something I dreaded to something I enjoy.
IMHO the XB Falcons are the best looking muscle car to come out of FoMoCo ever. It's like Ms. Torino and Mr. Mustang met at a seedy little motel and nine months later - this.
I'd love to have a real kit of one, and it saddens me I'm on the wrong continent to ever see one in the flesh. If you'r going to start a petition let me know.
Donn............I was sort of just shooting for a science fiction theme more than anything zombie related. Like something you'd see in one of those campy post-apoc movies from the 80's.
Well holy cow folks, it's finally starting to look like a vehicle.
I think I moved my previous pics into another album and killed the old thumbnails. Here is the full album if you want to check out my Puma ATRV.

Comments and criticisms are welcome. You can't hurt my feelings so feel free to be honest.
Guys I've decided to use the AMT 65 Lincoln since I already own the kit. Thanks for all the advice. Ill let the thread continue in case others are getting ideas from it.
Wow! Man that looks great! I've tried this once and it wasn't so successful, but I plan to try it again soon. Even the unsuccessful one still ended up looking kinda cool. I have cleared this and plan to build it box stock, just as soon as I can come up with an interior color.
