Are you talking about pledge restoring oil or something else?

Howdy yall,
just out of curiosity, is there something or a way to give decals on parts (engines, dashboards, and such) like a gloss/shine to them? or would it be better to just leave them be as placed? I recently placed a few decals on an engine for a Corvette C6-R and they look dull.
thanks for any help

Howdy yall,
I've been using spray cans since I started models way back in middle school and always been interested in trying to learn and use airbrushes. My question is, where do I begin? what's a good airbrush to seek out for? I'm also looking for something that's not too expensive at the moment (medical condition made that kinda hard to do at the moment). Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Howdy Everyone!
I've been checking this site out for a bit and figured to give it a shot! I've been doing models since I was in middle school (I'm 32 now). I used to have a full walk-in closet full of different kinds of model cars and motorcycles till I had to take a break for a bit after coming down with a medical condition, had to sell a bit of them to help with medical bills. Recently started back up on them after almost 2 years and boy have I missed doing them. I've always been facinated with all the different kinds of stuff you can do with these and doing your own special "touch" or "customization" to them. Even though I've been doing these for quite a while, I'm always looking to improve my work, even if it's something like a minor detail, nothing wrong with learning something new. I used to belong to another model forum called BriansModelCars (BMC for short). I've been blown away by most of everyone's incredible work on their models that I hope mine will feel to be in the right place. I will very soon get some pictures of my work and post for all to view. Thank you for letting me join in!😀
