Hi all and greeting from The Hunter Valley wine region of Australia. My name's Richard and I've
been modelling on and off for about 30 years. Mainly interested in 1/24 and 1/12 race cars &
bikes and I've usually got about 3 or 4 models on the go at any one time.....doesn't mean I've
actually FINISHED many models, sadly. I work in the wine industry here and have done since
1977 so I've always got a glass beside me to help the creative juices. I've accumulated all of
the equipment I need over the years but I still consider myself a novice when it comes to certain
things, for example spray painting. I've learn't over the years to get a pretty good finish from cans
but I'm still trying to master my Paasche F, H & VL airbrushes. I was recommended this website
by a buddy of mine in Scotland where I was born and even after a cursory look, I can see why.
Looking forward to being a contributor and enjoying the builds of fellow modellers.
