  3. So, new Hurst mag wheels, which, not technically referred to as Hurst wheels, but appear to be just that:
  4. Just noticed Harry Bradley created this "Rolling Thunder" sketch found in the MPC 1978 brochure: It didn't quite end up looking like the sketch, but it was close: Has the sleeper cab ever appeared again?
  5. My guess is this kit, tweaked a bit: Someone at Round2 owns a real Mustang of this same era, so not it's inconceivable this mold would get some attention, as it was a bit of a hodge podge the last go 'round, IIRC. I wouldn't be surprised to see a Boss 351 version in the future, either.
  6. Here's a preliminary(?) shot of the forthcoming 1/25 AMT 1971 Mustang Mach 1, James Bond 007-themed reissue:
  7. Have you tried posting in the Wanted section?
  8. This should give you a good idea of how many members use it, and which ones, regularly.: The advantage of eBay is you get cash if you sell, you have a worldwide audience, and the buyer pays for the shipping cost. Trading here, each person usually pays to ship to the other person, and you can only get back in trade what another member has already, so if you are looking to get back more obscure or uncommon kits, eBay might be the better option for you.
  9. Try posting here, please: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/forum/24-wanted/
  10. I want to say it was mentioned somewhere that the stock hood was missing or gone, so considering Round2 added the custom hood back into the AMT '63 Impala SS, it sounds like they were ready to apply the same effort to a less mainstream kit.
  11. Backdside Does the backside look like this?: AMT 1963 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible:
  12. I think this sheet might be from a 1958 AMT kit, as the '59 annual sheets have 188 instead of 68/89, and the AMT 1958 Pontiac Bonneville shows those exact 68 and Custom Special decals used on the side of the box: Compare with the AMT 1959 Buick sheet below:
  13. Here's a 1960 JO-Han box on ebay, and it shows a similar sheet, so I think you are correct that it's from an early JO-HAN kit:
  14. Maybe? It does appear to be an automatic and kind of has the correct look. Here are the two images from the above-linked Judson supercharger topic:
  15. They don't appear to be decal sheets included with any model kit, but rather aftermarket sheets.
  16. Looks like the AMT '32 Ford Coupe, with decals from the roadster kit:
  17. I'd vote no on the Corvette(?) wheels in the first pic. Something less busy looking, with five spokes would help, as the Lancer body already has plenty of curve, dips, and edge to keep he eyes busy. Adding multi-spoke wheels will only clutter the look up further IMHO.
  18. Monogram '53 Chevy: Monogram Red Baron, supposedly based upon a German aircraft engine(?): MPC 1932 Chevrolet: MPC 1933 Chevrolet Panel Truck: Carryover Pontiac OHC Six found in the '80s reissue of the MPC '69 Camaro SS: MPC 1969 Pontiac Trams Am Firebird: MPC 1976 AMC Pacer X: MPC Toyota 2000 GT: Revell Datsun 240Z:
  19. AMT AMC Pacer Custom Panel: AMT 1953 Corvette: AMT 1937 Chevrolet Converible: AMT 1941 Plymouth Coupe: AMT 1951 Chevy Bel Air Hardtop: Early Chrysler Slant Six in the AMT XR-6: Galaxie Limited 1948 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery: JO-HAN Ford Maverick: Monogram BMW 635 CSi:
  20. Here are a few sources for 1/24 and 1/25 scale inline six cylinder engines: Airfix Aston Martin DB5: AMT 1962 Chevy II Convertible: AMT 1963 Chevy II Nova Wagon: AMT 1964 Chevelle Wagon: AMT 1964 El Camino: Chrysler Slant Six in the AMT Deora: AMT '51 Chevy Fleetline: AMT Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Coupe:
  21. Not mine, just a visual: Better add this one, too:
  22. Pics of the AMT Olds F-85 Funny Car box. Who knows, perhaps a reissue of this version will follow?
