  1. Done:
  2. hpichris, as always, is on it:
  3. Did anybody here purchase this reissued kit? I'm be interested in seeing a pic or two of the contents, especially of the dog dish hub caps and steel wheels.
  4. Yes. They are the same wheels included with the original release:
  5. The solution has existed for years-- run an ad blocker-- but some members are too arrogant to do so: "I don't need to worry about installing an add blocker on any other forum. I shouldn't need to have one here either." The problem is you continue to let them publicly complain about something they could have resolved long ago. Don't make their arrogance everyone else's problem.
  6. Seems to work better than most. ?
  7. That was to differentiate it from the "normal" 1/32 scale snap together kits in AMT's then-current lineup.
  8. I quoted your post in an attempt to emphasize what you said, and should have added a "People, note that Peter said flexible..." or similar.
  9. Note this "paper" is not actually paper backer, but rather is backed by clear, rubber-like film. Great for sanding irregular or rounded surfaces (like stair balusters) but do not use this stuff if you want a flat surface. The backing will stretch ever so slightly, and that's not ideal.
  10. I've noticed no difference on my laptop nor phone. Are you running an ad blocker?
  11. One more to add, pic from someone's fotki account:
  12. Depends upon which specific USPS service you choose. USPS First Class is about $14 from the U.S. to the U.K. for a five ounce package measuring 7" x 5" x 3". There is no insurance with that however, so if it get lost or damaged, the seller/sender is on the hook for it. USPS Priority Mail is significantly more expensive for the same size package, likely closer to $35
  13. From the March/Aril 1991 issue of The Blueprinter:
  14. Here's the Revell Honda CRX mentioned earlier: And the AMT Quad Racer:
  15. Looks like the Taco Trike is available, for $21.28 U.S.: https://www.megahobby.com/products/taco-custom-trike-1-25-mpc-models.html
  16. I've purchased from them on eBay, too. MegaHobby in NJ offers free shipping on orders over $100, too..
  17. So many bonuses from Revell in 1980: 1/16 scale kits, too: And 1/32:
  18. Can you narrow down the year range a bit, or give us an idea of what these mirrors would be used on? '78 Camaro Sport style mirrors? Chrome '50s style?
  19. I think you'd lose that bet. I don't think either has been reissued since, so 35+ years of pent up demand. I don't think any of the Revell Chevy '73-'86 Pickup/Blazer Snap kits have been reissued since '85, have they?
  20. Click here: https://modelkitreviews.proboards.com/
  21. I was a bit surprised to see the Ice Patrol kit still in the lineup in 1985, too, but there it is in the 1985 Revell catalog:
