How much time between paint coats (enamel)

I usually shoot 2 light coats an then one heavy coat. I wait about 20-30 mins between coats -
Has anyone tried airbrushing their model with the Revell basic acrylic primer?? I seen some in my local hobby shop the other day and was curious!? I’m thinkin about getting some an spraying it on a model car body and maybe spraying some Tamiya acrylic over it to see how it goes. Thanks
