  1. After some minor shaving and cutting, this is the engine test fitting!
  2. Yeah it soon will be! Working on the 57 T-bird because when I come up with an idea I just go with it! Just like any other modeler! Loll
  3. Thanks! I have to do some frame shaving for it to fit but very minimal. It’s supposed to rain tomorrow night so I’m gonna get the engine fully detailed and mount it in the frame.
  4. I am finally working on the engine for the 1957 T-bird. It is an Iceman collections twin turbo billet coyote ford engine. It still needs a bunch of detail! Thanks for viewing!
  5. Almost! But from one modeler to another, there’s always something else that comes along! lol
  6. I hope everyone had a blessed Easter! So Saturday is wash the truck day and I happen to find a 20 dollar bill under the seat, and it just so happened to be the last day of 40% off model kits at Hobby Lobby! took a ride over hoping they had some new kits because I have almost every one. Nothing actually caught my eye but I had to get something because it’s kind of a long ride over here. I can take or leave the late 50s Ford Thunderbird kids because I think they are kind of hard to customize, until now! So I purchased the AMT 57 T-BIRD kit only because it was a 3 in 1 kit and I can always use extra parts! Loll ! This is what I came up with! Thanks for viewing!
  7. Almost done guys! Side mirrors, air cleaners and some more under hood paint detailing and stock Marauder and Mercury decals.
  8. Hey guys! As I told you earlier, I was in Ollies a few weeks ago and bought 2 AMT 1964 Mercury Marauder kits. The first one became a blue and gold stocker which was completed in a day and a half. I think it came out pretty good by some of the comments that I received about the car and I’m very happy with the result. The other one, I decided to go pro touring and at this time it’s coming along very nicely. I hope you guys enjoy it and thank you for the positive feedback.
  9. Yes, I had that happen to the paint on my 64 Marauder to, sand and repaint for me! 😠
  10. I just thought it looked freaky. Nothing wrong with the tire size. I had the fairlane and built it like the box art, turned out very nice .
  11. Thanks Mark, when I get deep into the kit this weekend, I’ll let you know! Thanks again
  12. Yeah, when I got this kit the body was painted red like it is and was missing a few parts.
  13. I found this kit at a garage sale! It had been started a bit but for 5 dollars, it needed saving. My plan is for a 10.5 Outlaw drag car, tubbed with a big turbo Hemi engine from Iceman Collections. Will be sanded primered and painted a steel color purple and black with dual drag shutes and wheelie bars. I already have a lot of parts but not enough to complete. Thanks for viewing!
  14. So I’ve been away from the table for a while because of life . I was out on Saturday afternoon and stopped at my local Ollie’s just to see if they had ANYTHING new! The had 2 Amt Mercury Marauder 3 in 1 kits for 25 bucks (12.99 a piece) so I bought both . One will be a full blown injected drag car while the other became a 60 style NASCAR race car. Since I have tons of Nascar parts in my bin, I decided to build this kit in a day and a half . This is what I came up with, hope you enjoy! Thanks for stopping by!
