Ok, I think Clay left this up on purpose because he knows i like to read and look at the pics on here. I try to be as supportive as possible because I know that what he does for a living is very stressful and this is his form of letting it all go and escaping. I do get frustrated with it at times but thats mainly when I have had a bad day dealing with a cranky toddler and would like a little help around the house. And Clay is also correct in saying that I am glad he does not have the obsession with real cars that my dad does, but that would also be kinda hard since we move every couple of years and the military will only pay to move vehicles we can drive. by the way this is Andrea, Clays wife

Actually I am surprised I have gotten as much 'done' as I have, with a 15 month old and all. I get most of my work done at work. My wife's dad is the same way, I could build a diorama with as many cars he has in his back yard, and I think she is grateful that mine hobby is smaller as well.

I thought those palmers kits were pretty bad so i sentenced them to one of my friends kids and then to be crushed by my monster trucks

I think that the GTO build that I am working on is the worst on yet.

Just thought I would start another project until i get some CSC fo the mustang, I started this one yesterday, Its primed and ready to paint, exterior is gonna be Testors Lime Gold Metal Flake, gonna TRY to do some detail work in the same.

I just wanted to know how you guys detail the attached exhaust so easily?

I was just wondering how you guys separate you boxes. I got tires with wheels in one drawer and bodies in one, engines in one, parts and peices in another, I will take pics when I get home, I as would everyone else would love to see pics of yours. And my paint booth doubles as a Drawer unit.

I dont think that would be a problem for me since I don't use Tamiya paint, only testors

I dont think I've been right yet but I'm gonna say model.

This model has been discontinued by the stores but I have found it on ebay, and the question is does it come with the Tuner engine in it or is it a regular mustang? For those that havent seen the movie, the guy takes a drifter car and implants everything into a '60s mustang. (this thing should really have spell check)

the crushed cars got tossed in the move, had to shed some weight, the government only pays for so much

I got the front suspension on. Got the car repainted but not happy with it (again) Did a mock up of the whole thing. Thats all for now, questions and comments are appretiated. Thanks for looking.

I got the front suspension almost on there all the way. I guess I could use the stock wheels on this one unless i find some better in my parts box. Started the engine, Tranny is Silver and the block is blue Did a mock up of the inside.

I put the front clip on. Re-primered the body Should have waited for the red to dry. Interior is gloss orange, same as the body. Put the exhaust on.

ok well here are the pics i promised, I went ahead and put the doors, hood and trunk on, put the hood seems to be a little too big. did a quick mock up of the frame and body. Painted the frame. Primered the body. Painted the body, But wasnt happy with it.

will this stuff take off glue?

I started this a few weeks ago, and it is almost complete, I just need to strip the body down and re paint it and add the back suspension, I will post progress pics when I get home.

Ok thanks for the help, my next question is will this stuff undo everything that has been done? I.E. glue, body work?

I know that this would be the best way to strip down a model but how exactly would I do it with Super Clean?
