    A week... I buy my hydrographic film direct from manufacturer.. 

    1 week I get it sent from  Japan... haven't had a problem yet in 3 years.

    I sent him an order thru his email address January 12th, received it this past Saturday. 

    Funny how that works, he will send you your order oyt right away, but his US rep can not, and does not communicate 🤔

    Ya know what I'm tired of? Seeing people join up here not to participate in the forum but for the sole purpose of complaining about some vendor or another and then disappear when they don't magically get any satisfaction from their complaints.

    I'm still here..

    I can't wait forever. . So I went another route on my current build...

    Hopefully  I can finish  this build with the other resources that we're given to me. 

    As others stated. 

    His decals are second to none.

    Just a shame he can't keep up with demand!!!!

    You're correct.. nailed it..

    But... when the rep in the states has been telling that they are come.. and tell you they will be in you hand and ..that date passes by, the next day passes by..

    Was told "no problem,you will have the decals to put on for the NNL"

    That was December 17th... its now January 29th.

    The decals were ordered wayyyyy before that..

    Got a replay with nothing but bla bla bla..

    So.. tell me about the wait, when the US rep TELLS YOU, YOU WILL HAVE THEM IN TIME..

    He won't even reply to messages.

    Fist thank you for the add!!

    My name is Wayne Puffer, and got back back into this hobby last February,after a 28 years vacation.. no suntan 

    My favorite builds are of MOPAR factory stock and MOPAR replicas. 

    Since returning i have completed 3 MOPARs.

    I tried my hand at Street Machine.. and not for my 4th build, I back building MOPAR factory stock.. missing decals from a aftermarket supplier. Hopefully they will show up SOON.

    Should be interesting building after 28 years..

    We shall see.

    1/24 scale MONOGRAM models I like to build. Still have some 3.69 kits from years ago. I can't believe  the sticker shock i got looking at new kits, 39.00 and up..

  6. wait  wait  wait  for an order... customer service ?????????  I had a decal sheet that was bad. contacted  the rep here in the US, said I would  get a new sheet... waited waited.. nothing, ended up using an old Fred Cady sheet from the 90s. cars was being built for an NNL..  finally recived sheet after I had contacted him...he didnt contact me..sad customer servive..  I thought ok ill give him another shot.. was building 2 cars for NNL west. ordered them at a swap meet he was at,asked how long to wait{you will have them in time} 4 months later,..still don't have them. again I reached out to him. all i got was bla bla bla.. said they only will only make Ray so many decals{oh heaven's to Betsy! is that} what do you mean will only make so many???? he then added more excuses.. since I was told they were coming, no updates, no decals., but 90.00 collecting interest in some ones account. told him no refund, want my decals.....  rays offers a product, we give his his money, we wait weeks and week ,some months. not right, have stock on hand.  i do work for DUCKS UNLIMITED, if i took this long, they would end my contract.  Ray needs better customer service on his end and his US rep!!!!!!!!!!
