Hey Ya'll,
Due to life's changes I decided to give model car building a try. I built a few when I was young but they usually resembled something much less than the picture on the box with finger prints all over the body. LOL
I built RC airplanes for many years but due to developing allergies to balsa dust and cyno glues, I had to give that up. After a few other hobbies, I really wanted something that could occupy the hands and the mind so here I am. I have done a ton of reading and am really impressed with the quality of detail you builders put into these things. I hope to one day have a finished model worthy of posting pictures on here. I have begun assembling the bits and pieces I don't have to aid in putting together a quality model. I.e. spray booth, rebuilding my airbrushes that have been sitting idle for many years, glues, paints, etc...
Primarily interested in American Iron Hot Rods of all eras but may build a few other types of models just for something different.
Regards,
jack
