the purple one is my 55 and the blue is my 57. i did the 55 pretty much stock a while back. when i got the 57 i knew how to do things and i changed things up. i added extra lines. such as nitrous, fuel, oil.... i took a oil pump from a stock car and used it as a fuel pump, which turned out really cool. i used a shotgun style scoop from a muscle machine car, i cut and glued a top fuel wing to the back, which i got from a fellow model car builder on here. i hope to get better pictures but the flash messed them up. this was the only one worth puttin up. thats what i get for having a cheap camera

Kyle,
Glad to hear that you're doing better. Unlike my friend Curt, I don't have any spare models in my collection that are in line with your interests. Sorry.
Get some rest and take care of your back. You're way too young to have those kinds of problems!!
thats ok about the models. im just glad everything is ok with me. and thanks for the support. and thank you too george

i found out what was wrong with my back. i was told it was a vertabral compression fracture. in other words a cracked vertabra. im not supposed to squat for 6 to 8 weeks. it will heal itself. i am getting around alot better than when it started.

im gonna say real..... if it is a model someone has tooo much time to work on the detail and custom shaping of it.
-
I just hope i still have plenty of time to do my model cars!!!!!!

2 weeks ago we had a weightling comp at school. just do as much as you can. while doing parallel squat i felt something wierd in my back.of course i was also trying to beat the school record of 560 but fell short 10 pounds. i will break the record by the end of school. back to what i was saying. the feeling never bothered me and quickly went away. the pain came back this week and tuesday it hurt to sit or stand. im going to a physical therapist this week( who is also my footbal coach) to see what he has to say about it. hopefully everything is ok and i wont have to have anything done. just thought i would let anyone know whats going on. wish me luck

i cant do the build off. the car i was going to buy is just getting too high for my budget. it was a advanced volkswagen model by union. build either a stock bug or a aa super gas beetle

i think it would be really cool if one of the kit manufacturers made a kit out of this. maybe you can submit it to a few companies. i doubt they listen to many people though,. still would be cool

The web address for TEM is www.freewebs.com/resinslinger/
Len, is everything okay? I'm going to take the present '55 Chevy out of production fairly soon and start working on a very radical design to replace it. Same goes for the '53 Vette. I am also going to do a kit fairly soon that will let the modeler choose if he wants a three, four, or five speed Lenco transmission.
Chris.
i checked the website out and it has some really neat parts. i may have to order something from there later on.

I got a little ovezealous the other day and ordered a bunch of parts from them. Normally I would do some research first, but this time I did not. They have some neat Pro Mod parts and bodies listed.
Anyone have any dealings with them? Time frame for delivery???
Anything I need to "know"?
Feel free to send me a message directly if you feel the need...
Thanks...
is there a website i could go to to look at the items??

This my have be coverd befor but here go's any way.
Paint seats flat black/ or any flat color spray paint works best when paint is fully dry just rub seats with bare fingers the raised parts will shine up a llittle. this applies to tono covers to door panels ect.
hope this helps
I will have to try that sometime. ive always wanted to do an interior different than just plain color

i know the pictures arent very good but i had to take them with a camera phone. its the monogram 1/12 camaro. everything is stock minus the motor. i took pieces from the Muscle Machines car to make the breather and for the braided lines. my dad wasnt happy about tearing the other car up. but i like the camaro better. again. sorry for the blurry pictures. ill try to take better ones later.
