I knew a guy in the old Metroplex, ( Dallas Texas ) Van club that did one . he had to run "Wheelie Bars " on it as i fwhen ya took yer foot off the clutch the motor's torque would litterly make the van come off the front at a light . 6. I have attempted using Aluminites products with several problems all over the rainbow . I certainly could / would not recomend anything they make as the resin itself had inconsistent dry times , their rubber is too soft and the overall time used in working with their products has produced inconsistent parts ............... 8. Harry makes an excellent point as to some of the Die casts looking "Toyish". With that in mind , Harry also continues to reinforce his arguments with the Mints versions of models we have all seen . Now not everyone here has disposable income to allow for such models in their collection . Then too, Look at Masitio, a big wholesaler of inexpensive and halfway decent looking cars and trucks . For the most part , most of their stuff is havable , ( My version ). No one but them has done the Dodge Diplimats s far as I know . As far as me buying a Diecast over a styereene kit , only if it can not be purchaced first as a plastic kit . Ed Shaver

  22. Tom, it's relitively easy to convert into a fourdoor . Simply move the "B " post back about a 16th. Scribe the back door and done with a rescribe on the front ........... As to Chevrolet having anything outside of a sedan in the Bel Air series , in 62, just the Bubble tops and they were pilliarless as the tops were a result of left over stock in 1961. Ed Shaver
