Greg, The chest plate and framework were made from supplies readily available in hardware and craft stores...a belt, pvc pipe, velcro and some wood...and it's construction is well documented in photos on the OWH website. It's well within the capability of a Boy Scout or other individuals to build as part of a service project. It takes me only a few minutes to modify the Linear 200 slotcar controller for limited chin movement and, now that I've fitted Joe, I can easily help anyone over the phone make the needed adjustments. I'm trying to get the word out as best I can to help other folks in Joe's situation. Regards, Jeff
  2. What began with a plea for help from Victor Poulin nine months ago to the online slot car community culminated in an event he only dreamed about. His son Joe took his first laps around JToC. What made this remarkable was that Joe is a quadriplegic, completely paralyzed from the neck down.
