  1. I am thinking it will be an hour until that table clears out in the morning. Bring a list and hope for the best.
  2. Looks great Ray.
  3. Very nice work.
  4. Looks great , persistence pays off.
  5. A few simple questions. Are you painting inside your house ( living quarters) or do you do it in the garage? See Hugh's post. Do you have a Hobby Lobby or Michaels Craft store by you? They have a 40% off coupon in Sunday papers up here . What do they carry? Compressor and Airbrush brands. Now all the experts can chim in again with some better advice.
  6. I have the tanker body and the 49 Ford cab over at my house. If I could remember to take it to the nnl you could look at them. They are still in the box.
  7. Dave what are you looking for from him?
  8. It is a good Show Ian. bring your spending money. He has not been to this show for awhile. He doe go to the Detroit show in a few weeks after this show. A couple years ago someone had a few of his bodies for him there but not in the last two years.
  9. Congratulations Jim.
  10. The Toledo store does not have the Mustang funny car. But they had several of the kits listed already. The Monroe MI store only had a few kits.
  11. Welcome aboard, again.
  12. looks like it would make all the villains cry to me. Fine job on the best batmobile .
  13. Looks very cool.
  14. Nice work on this one.
  15. Welcome from a Ford fan at the southeast border. I was thinking Milan dragway myself. There are a couple of good model shows coming up fast in this area.
  16. I think you could get more out of the full page ads than the whole thing. Anything that has a smoking reference you might be able to pedal to a tobacco or cigar shop for wall art. The same goes for alcohol related ads could be sold to a bar owner for decor. Just scan what you think is important car related info, including the ads for the aftermarket. If you do any diorama building those small ads look like a big poster on the wall of a shop.
  17. We all ( well most of us ) have a buying problem. LOL
  18. 39/40 tudor in original box art 65 Riviera 72 Chevy truck
  19. Thanks Danno that just made my day.
  20. They have been running the traffic stealth cars here for over 10 years. We have had Pickups and SUV's from the MI state Police, The County guys have cars and SUV's Stealth and not Stealth running all over. I just learned to slow down . I am just waiting for a first payola car to follow our leaders around. LOL Sorry if this was to political.
  21. Those old Azteks have been all over town here for a few years after the show came out. I was commenting about it at work when Ed piped up. His kid had one on lease and said they ride great and once you get past the looks they were a great car. He said with a laugh that when his kid told him what he wanted , he did not get it at all. Then he took a ride and then drove it changed his mind. The whole part about being cheap before the show came out is what resold most of these I would think. Young kids today are about APs and options, not 2 door sports cars. Most do not even like to drive.
