  1. Texting just the whole darn thing of going back to the telegraph with a large smart phone bill. I get it you do not want to talk to me, have a good life.
  2. There is "NO MONEY TO MADE ON CURES." My late Mothers favorite line. Sadly she was right on the money.
  3. Looks better than I thought it would Ray. I have always liked the idea of a Cobra with a roof, Just could never come up with a roof that just fits. Way to find it Ray.
  4. The kids of the 60's and 70's did the same thing, that is why the old models are so hard to find. Firecrackers and demo derbys took their toll on more than you think.
  5. Great job on this Andy. Maybe if you bring this car to the NNL Nationals the Revell guys will see it. They do tend to be there, and are nice guys to talk to. Just be kind we need them to show up every year. Part of the show.
  6. This is cool. I like the weathering.
  7. Now if you painted yours the same color and matching wheels , it make a great pair.
  8. This is killer. The shorter hood scoop looks better. The longer you leave the wheels on it the more they will grow on you.
  9. Looks good .
  10. Orange barrels , by the thousands around Toledo.
  11. The dash is a good change of pace for this . It looks good.
  12. Ray looks better than I was expecting. You have a good eye.
  13. I am going to give it my best shot, most likely will not be able to finish. But we will see how close I get. Long hours at work and a mini vacation during the build time line.
  14. I agree Jonathan , that is unless you are a not a fan of my favorite driver. LOL Nasca stuff is not as hot as it once was. But the right stuff is still worth selling. You are on the right track by doing the research.
  15. Almost forgot to add. Gremlin kit was in the mail today.
  16. Nice score Steve ! My Buddy had one in high school with a straight six , first time I ever adjusted points on my own . It ran well after that , what a surprise. I had no idea they ever made a kit of this car.
  17. Thank you Tim. I will not sleep for days thinking about the way to build this. Not really but this is like christmas for old guys. Now if we could just get the tire and wheel sets in a parts pack. How close are these tires to the rears in the Black Widow? One thing about the 32 Frame. many guys pinch the front of the frame when they put the model A body on these also. So that may be why the different look in the front, depending on what rod shop they were at when they measured a frame.
  18. What if you curved the boat tail down the back of the car so as to not lose the feature but not make the car longer? Pie cut the top at the back so that you can bend it down? Just a thought Ray. I will stop meddling in your cool project now.
  19. Looks like you are going to need the small one on the left. 0402
  20. Harry is not taking you on a Tour? LOL
  21. Looks great. Top to bottom. Sure miss this guy in NASCAR. The last private owner one car team to win it all.
