  1. I figure one stock, one 2dr sedan conversion using the Missing Link resin kit I got a while back...maybe a convertible w/ the spare body and a spare Ventura.
  2. I can't think of an example of where I've bought a dozen--I can certainly understand that with race cars or police cars--for me, it's often 3 to 6 of certain subjects...especially Mopars. I have several versions planned using different engines, wheel and tire combos, etc, resin bodies, etc..maybe the most of one that I can think of that I've bought over the years is the Revell Challenger SRT8, have 8 of those to do variations using a variety of aftermarket parts.
  3. To do a dozen different versions.
  4. Star Models is a retailer of product from multiple resin casters..the quality depends on the individual resin caster.
  5. I'm looking forward to the Panamera...the 2nd gen is better looking than the 1st gen. Would like to see a current Cayenne, 911, Boxster and Cayman, but one new Porsche kit is better than zero...
  6. side trim, upholstery patterns, hubcaps and optional wheels. They also corrected the grille w the Pontiac badge that was missing from the Ventura kit.
  7. Got a couple of the new Moebius '61 Catalinas from Tower Hobbies this afternoon. Plans for at least two, one stock and one 2dr sedan using the Missing Link conversion I have. I didn't realize it would have any optional parts, there is a set of 5 spoke mags. And the tires are whitewall on one side, black on the other (box art only shows blackwalls).

I didn't realize it would have any optional parts, there is a set of 5 spoke mags. And the tires are whitewall on one side, black on the other so they can be used either way.
  9. I do believe that is a 4dr Chevy II w/ the back doors welded shut and the rear window missing...wow...
  10. They would have tool up a new chassis and suspension also...the '64 chassis was related to the '61-63 model, '65 was a new chassis.
  11. Very sharp build..great detailing.
  12. The side graphics on this version seem really simplified when compared to the '64 GC Plymouth or the '65 AF/X GC Plymouth.
  13. In the other thread Tim said they would have the 283/327 V8s..
  14. Looks like they are doing both a 64 and a 65 with the Chevy II, the sedan in the background of the pic is a 65. 65 sedans had a thicker C-pillar than the 62-64. As for doing pickups earlier than 65, they would have to tool up a different chassis. 65-66 chassis would be much the same as their existing 69-72 kits, 61-64 would be different. Both the Chevy II and Ford truck look like should do well for Moebius, good choices.
  15. The Modelhaus did a '65 Ford Custom 4dr sedan..don't recall a 2dr in their offerings..
  16. Having grown up around '67-68 Cougars, I'd love to see some kitted, along w/ a '68 Coronet. Though I have the annual kits of each along w/ resin versions, new kits would be welcome. Can't imagine it happening, though.
  17. A modeler would have to not have a pulse to not find the '18 Corvette ZR1 exciting..it would be great as a full detail kit..
  18. 19 here this morning...dogs didn't want to stay out long when I went out for walks at 7am... great sunrise, though, and sunny all day.
  19. Hopefully it will be styrene...concrete seems like it would be heavy and hard to work with..
  20. The washer is intriguing, but I'd rather have a matched washer and dryer set in 1/25th...preferably the late model Whirlpool HE washer w/o the agitator...I like those.
  21. Was the 1968 Chevy Astro 2 ever kitted? I like the design of it more than the Astro 1...
  22. While moving around boxes left from my move in my garage (want to be able to get at least one car in before winter), I found an unopened, unmarked box from Model Roundup...surprised, I opened it--had a Revell of Germany Mercedes AMG GT and two Moebius '69 Ford pickups. It must have been an order that came to AZ in late May and I tossed it in the last shipping pod without opening it...totally forgot that I'd ordered them...
  23. Me too..I have a 1/43rd scale die cast one, but a 1/25th scale one would be neat..
  24. Well, we know a '65 Plymouth AF/X is coming, haven't heard of any Dodge rumors, though something like a '63 330 or '65 Coronet AF/X would be neat. A '71 Road Runner/GTX would be my choice for a new tool vintage Mopar..
