WOW! Things have changed here, Joe! The kit arrived today! Box is a little wrinkled... But, the box is not what this is about... Body Molded in: WHITE YES!! Short back story, @Rocking Rodney Ratmentioned he had a Coupe molded in white... but, the inner fenders are cut out for the updated IFS: btw the IFS is also under the Convertible, too! The orange inner fenders came from the original '37 Sedan: and, the inner fenders do not have the cut outs: Sure enough, opened the box of the white sedan and find these: Who knew that the '37 Sedan had the IFS? So, I've put the unopened parts back in the box, put the lid back on it & set it on the shelf. When I checked in to update the progress, finding your response set things in motion! While looking for a pair of REVELL 1937 FORD SEDAN inner fenders in white, went ahead and carved out what will be heat removing louvers at the aft end of the '29 TNR's belly pan: @Dennis Lacy& @Rocking Rodney Ratcaught up with me this morning, yep, they live on opposite sides of the continent yet with their help the white inner fenders were located! Thanks, guys!! Be here the first of the month! -KK

I know that these Monogram '37 Ford Inner Fenders are available in white styrene, but until a pair kan be located, here's my idea: Placing the louvers inside out in the tail of the belly pan to further add to eliminating heat inside the belly pan might look like this: Or, maybe like this: We'll see...

Been noodling the tail end of the '29 TNR's belly pan... Pierson Bros Coupe came up in a conversation with @Dennis Lacy& @Rocking Rodney Rat with regards of evacuating the heat trapped inside of the belly pan... Had planned on something along the lines of a winged heat diffuser instead of a roll pan that wouldn't help relieving the hot air flow: Following the same plan as the belly pan... Liked the fit of the leftover Revell '32 Orange Crate Belly Pan piece backed up to the same piece used in the '29 TNR's belly pan... Had to see these parts married together... Let's see how this might look like flipped over... Has potential... I've held on to another idea for quite some time now as to how to finish the skirts on either side of the differential cover! We'll go there next time.. -KK

Oh, and the '33 Willys Passenger Side Bucket Seat was shipped in the same crate with the wheelhouse cabin... Now it's up to you to bring this wicked Model A to life! -KK

After a short discussion it was agreed to that the two pieces that make up the greenhouse would be better served being assembled by @Rocking Rodney Ratonsite. Everything above the belt line is crated and has been shipped along with a few aftermarket products and a couple sets of 12-spoke wheels & tires! -KK

Stepping into the subject matter at hand... work, under the direction of @Rocking Rodney Ratthe modifications to the 5W's wheelhouse continue: Space out 7 points to drill holes in the visor pre-drill the pilot holes with my favorite pin vice... Step the bit size up a notch... using my antique no-name pin vice found at a local garage sale thirty years ago and it was old back then! Last turn with a hand brace and bit to counter sink the outer edges of each orifice... Even out the inside diameter with my jeweler's round rattail file... The center hole is placed intentionally to catch the viewer's eye! There are 7 "Lucky Seven" lightening holes across the visor about to be finished... Wrap a torn piece of fine sandpaper around a wooden toothpick & turn slowly until smooth! -KK

REVEL '30 FORD Model A Coupe: RRR opened a fresh unspoiled kit and promptly lost the greenhouse!?. We talked about a couple different power plants and RRR started gathering parts: This is where RRR starts getting all up in the build... actually a bit excited! This is where his missing top became my part of the mission goal... my orders "Chop It!" Oh, and send the passenger's bucket seat out of the AMT '33 Willys... Laid out the first step: Traced the cut down tape: Removed the tape pattern and started alternating cuts... this is where "leave" v "take" the line matters! We'll leave this here for now... Big twist is yet to come!! -KK&-RRR

Here she rests giving thought to the next major process'... 5W Deuce Louvered Trunk Lid will replace the '29's Stock Deck Lid... Already plugged the rear panel... But, it's what's coming up front that will be the biggest test of the former construction! -KK
