Peter...what's the name and model of that printer you use? Those mask's are excellent! That flame job on the Road Runner is SWEET

looks good to me!

Nice bike! I really dig those handlebars you made. Gives the bike a nice "flow" to its look.
Thanks Matt! I had to make those at the last minute and pretty pleased with how they came out. Just don't like the ape hanger type.

Where did you get that air cleaner??
It's a 1/25 scale air cleaner from Parts by Park if I remember right
And the bike in the background is my WIP bike.
- Thanks JariusWelcome to MCM forums! The chopper looks great and you will make a welcome addition to this crazy bunch -
Here is my "Purple Haze" Chopper

If you don't want to spend the money on an epoxy sealer, there is a home improvement sealer called Zinser BIN. Zinser BIN seems to be a pretty good sealer so far, and is compatible with most primers.
Mike,
What about lacquers :?: Anyone tried this sealer with Duplicolor primers and lacquer paints :?:
And your skills are very impressive 8)

Hey guys,
New to the forum and just getting back into the hobby after a 12 year dry spell. One of the first kits I plan to build is the 63' Nova from Trumpeter. Anyone ever try putting the photoetch emblems under the paint :?: Like over the primer coat, but before color coat. I know it could cause problems when polishing, but I thought it might look a little better in the end.

larry....I have used Model Master airbrush thinner to thin the "kandy's" or transparents they sell and it worked just fine. I shot some of their gloss black doing the same and it worked good.
You might also be able to thin them with acrylic lacquer thinner, I have thinned model master enamels with it before with no problem. Just make sure your primer is lacquer.
