  1. When one has SOOOOOOOOOO many parts and decals, why not help someone else? There's a VERY good chance you're not going to use ALL those parts and decals anyway.
  2. That might not last too long once she finds out how much moolah you're dumping into it................................
  3. Me too, where the deer hit the front end and then spun around and got the rear quarter panel as well.
  4. Did you place your order for one Harry?
  5. I've been reading car mags since the early 60's and lately most all of the car mags we have today are just ho-hum and not worth the price they're asking for them.
  6. High octane

    Myers Manx

    Nice build on that Manx.
  7. Butcher knife, cleaver, bow saw, and an axe also.
  8. Nice job on that Olds, real nice!
  9. I have a longtime friend that lives in the Denver area and there is very little model car related activity in that state. When I tell him about model clubs and swap meets here in the Midwest, he just drools.
  10. That Edsel looks really nice as I'm working on one of AMT's Pro Shop pre-decorated kits right now. It's the '65 GTO and the engine color is way off. I have it soaking in 91% alcohol right now.
  11. Some of the old AMT kits of the early 60's had those if I'm not mistaken.
  12. I like it as I'm a fan of mid-60's gassers. Great job on that Willys!
  13. Looks great Marcos and I don't remember any problems when I built mine a couple of years ago. I did use a resin body and nose though.
  14. I think that you can get Arden parts from Replicas & Miniatures of Maryland as well.
  15. VERY nicely done and stunning results.
  16. What a beautiful build on that "boulevard barge." I picked up one of those kits last winter and hopefully I'll build it some day.
  17. Put some ant traps on the floor and that may help.
  18. I don't. Besides, that engine won't start anyway with the correct firing order of the plug wires. Next thing will be the electric seat control on the outer sides of the seat cushions. And don't forget the volume control on the steering wheel as well.
  19. Nice haul on the skirts as I was lookin' for some today at a swap meet, but no luck.
  20. On the other hand, the guys that buy the parts are "happy" they got the parts they needed. This is a two-way street.
  21. It was great seeing a lot of modelers at the show today, and yes I did buy stuff I don't need. Went to the Tilted Kilt for lunch with my friends also.
  22. It is my FAVORITE hobby shop with Greenfield News & Hobby runnin' second. I don't get up there often though as the high price of gas is too much and it's about 50 miles one way for me.
  23. I "mute" all the commercials except the ones from Victoria's Secret.
