hey an new but i need some help i got a 62 buick electra for some reason the paint dont want to stick to the hood. just on the pointed areas. am using auto paint dupli-color. i never had a problem like this before. i put the first coat let it dry and repeated the steps theres like 3 coats and still can cover that area. hope you guys can help me out
