Hey guys, we talk about modeling going away, and being modelers, we have to brag about our own stuff which is perfectly natural. If we expect the hobby to prosper, we need to start bragging about what we have managed to share with others; whether it be spouses, children, significant others or whoever.
In one week, my wife with my help, buiild this 09 Vette for the show in Little Rock, and as you can see, she did a great job on it.

hey, doc i used your book to learn the hairspray method on my 1/8 scale dodge.1st time i tried it. i think it worked great!!!!!!! you can see it up close on my fotki site.@ oldcarguy1Very nice work, those big boys are amazing.

thanx, and ,yes i made my surf boards out of 5 gal size stir sticks.Ken - is that you? Gorgeous Merc. Didn't you make a surfboard for one of your builds? There's another thread here about surfboards and I thought you made one out of paint stir sticks.

thanx for looking. the fenders are from a rolls kit the tiki shifter lights up and the other is a working tail and turn signalVery cool looking, would love to see it up close because it has a lot of little details going on. Not keen on the surfboard looking front fenders, but love the surfboard shop motif you have mixed in with the Rat Rod look. Really like the Tiki's inside and outside on the back corners. Are those the tail lights?

thanx,but don't tell anybody about it. i might bring it!!!!Ken, what a great looking build. Lots of imagination showing on this one. I suppose we will be seeing this on the Large Scale table at the Heartland Nationals here in Kansas City in June.
