I am looking at 8 to 10 weeks off of work for a right hip replacement, it's only been 2 weeks and I am getting pretty bored. I did start on a new model though.I need the wife to drive me to the store to pick up some paint. Maybe tonite!

Thanks for the warm welcome! Yes things have changed alot in 30 years, I have some catchting up to do. I bought mostly 50's and 60's full size Chevys, a couple of Camaros. I would relly like to get a 71 or 72 ElCamino model but I have yet to see one.

After being out of modeling for about 30 years I am starting again!!Over the last year or so I have collected over a dozen so its time to get started. Just had my hip replaced last week and just now starting to feel up to doing anything at all. I was going to start with a 61 Impala SS from Lindberg. Want to wire and plumb the engine and foil the trim. Will post pics of progress.

A friend of mine used to work at the LHS, I could get a $25 kit for around 13 dollars. But all good things come to an end. I usually buy at Michael's with a coupon.The same with paints.
