    The rims and tires came off of the small R/C cars at Walmart that are like $10 each.

    Well last night I started on the GMC and while messing around today I decided it needed a little brother.

    Thanks guys. The upper control arms and engine cradle are from a nascar kit. The lower arms and spindals are out of a older AMT kit not sur what one cause they were in the parts box.

    That is what I was going for. A truck that has been used since the day it rolled off the line and has been picked up by a customs shop only to be used some more.

    Well I got the cab painted today and I am pretty happy with how it turned out, since this was my first try at this kind of thing.

    The bed floor got a little ageing done to it

    The ATS wheel fit this car very well.

    I will have to look into the green. Since I Z'd the rear frame the bed floor had to be raised but up front the IFS took care of everything. There will be no need to body drop the cab or do custom tubs in the engine bay with the wheels I chose, they are large in diamiter but very narrow. I am with you on a Chevy truck tuckin and the 58-59 front clip considering the last 1:1 I built was a 58 Apache.

    Thanks guys. Well I got bored at work last night and grabbed a scrap peice of aluminum and started making a gas tank.

    I decided that she needs a real wood bed floor

    Not sure on the color scheme yet, but I'm thinking it is going to be a shop truck. I put an ifs under the front and Z'd the frame. I also pulled an "Iron Duke" out of the parts box for the drivetrain.
