I'm new to this board and got here because I was googling to find decals for the Tamiya 1/12th scale Lola T70 Coupe. I built the model while I was in college and as another poster commented I just oversprayed the blue plastic with a clear gloss and applied the very sparse kit decals. I think I sold the model. Later in the mid 1970 I got hold of another of these fine kits from a friend who made me promise one thing. If he sold it to me I was to build it myself and not resale the kit. I have had it all these many years sitting unbuilt in the box. It is the original issue with the electric motor to be placed inside the Chevy V-8. It also has working headlights and tail lights. Recently I have gotten back into slot car racing and acquired the FLY 1/32 Lola unpainted kit which I am in the process of decalling as the 1969 Daytona 24 Hr winner Sunoco #6. It has resparked my interest in building my big one if I can find suitable decals.
